About Us
DispatchX is a SaaS platform which increases efficiency of dispatchers, provides better routes for truck drivers and creates more business for carrier companies.
DispatchX is a SaaS platform
Our platform is available online and from multiple devices. It’s a lightweight solution, which still provides all the necessary tools for a carrier company to manage their loads, their delivery, and relationships with brokers and drivers. Our multi and single-tenant solutions can scale to meet the needs of any organization, no matter what the size.
Our Story
DispatchX attempts to fix the shortcomings of a bunch of inadequate software solutions
and create a single solution which will help carriers and dispatchers deal with daily workflow in an easy and effective manner.
Our platform speeds up the whole process and increases efficiency of current carrier staff in their daily work, while also ensuring higher quality service to their beneficiaries. It does so by providing smart tech solutions to dispatchers and drivers for the mutual benefit of both.
DispatchX is a cloud platform which helps dispatchers in their daily jobs by:
- Increasing number of deals dispatchers can make – Provide clear and fast overview of what dispatchers can offer to the Brokers when negotiating loads
- Keeping track of already agreed deals
- Managing the pool of drivers and their needs
DispatchX reduces the time that participants spend
in the process using smart technology, thus ensuring that they serve a larger number of drivers, which brings extra profit to the carrier company itself
